PAID STORAGE SERVICE FROM APRIL 20 :

Storage fees per lot, all taxes included, depending on the nature of the lot:

Very small lots at €1 per day: jewelry, books, unframed works on paper smaller than size A 4.

Small lots at €4 per day: paintings measuring less than 1.5 x 1.5 m, light and small-sized lots.

Medium lots at €8 per day: paintings measuring over 1.5 m, small and heavy lots.

Large lots at €12 per day: large and heavy lots.

Large lots at €15 per day: large lots or lots made up of several lots.

NB: No lot will be handed over until full payment has been received and a receipt has been presented.

PURCHASE ORDERS

Purchase orders and telephone calls are a facility provided to customers free of charge by the Maison de Ventes. The Auction House is not liable for failure to execute an order or telephone call through omission, error or any other cause.

The Auction House reserves the right to refuse a purchase order or a telephone call if the guarantees and conditions necessary for their fulfillment are not met. Participation in auctions by purchase order, telephone or Internet implies acceptance of the conditions of sale below.

LIVE BIDS

Live bidding via the DROUOT .COM Live service. If you wish to bid online during the sale, please register and make a credit card imprint (neither your credit card number nor its expiry date are stored). You hereby agree that DROUOT.COM may provide VARENNE ENCHERES with all information relating to your registration and credit card imprint. The Auction House reserves the right to request, if necessary, additional information before your final registration to bid online. Any online bid will be considered as an irrevocable commitment to buy. If you are a successful online bidder, you authorize La Maison de Ventes, if it so wishes, to use your credit card imprint to proceed with the payment, in part or in full, of your purchases, including the usual charges payable by the buyer. These charges are increased: - For voluntary lots, a surcharge of 1.80% (incl. VAT) of the hammer price. The Auction House cannot guarantee the efficiency of this bidding method and cannot be held responsible for any connection problems to the service, for whatever reason. In the event of simultaneous or final bids of equal value, it is possible that the online bid will not be taken into account if the indoor bid was earlier. In any case, the auctioneer will be the sole judge of the winning bid and the adjudication on his minutes.

SALE COSTS

Purchasers agree to pay the following fees in addition to their bids:

27% incl. VAT for purchase orders and room auctions.

28.8% incl. VAT for auctions via Drouot Live.

28.8% incl. VAT for Interenchères Live auctions.
