ZOLA Émile [Paris, 1840 - id., 1902], French writer. - Lot 49
ZOLA Émile [Paris, 1840 - id., 1902], French writer. Autograph letter signed and addressed to Mr. de Fleury. Paris, October 15, 1893; 1 1/4 pages in-4°. Zola asks his friend to change their lunch date if possible. "You're very kind to invite me to lunch. But it will waste your time, and mine too, since I only have lunch at one o'clock. Why don't you make an appointment for two-thirty, for example, with Mr. Gille de la Tourette, either on Thursday or Friday. We could simply go to his house.
